Create a project
A project = a canonical Project ID + a Drive folder. Creating it mints an unguessable hub link (+ QR) and a PRM link. A door tablet just opens the hub link — no pairing, no sign-in. Anyone with a link can view that one project until you revoke it.
Building-level Site Snapshot details are added later from the building's page — the first job fills them once, later jobs inherit.
Buildings
A building holds the shared, site-facing Site Snapshot (access, parking, risers, hours, building manager). Projects in the same building inherit it. No owner/customer details are stored here.
Contractors
Add a contractor to text them a personal “Update progress” link — no login, phone-first. The link shows all their jobs; they tap a task and log where they got to (25% · 50% · 75% · Complete · Blocked · No work today). Tasks come from the schedule (GanttPRO); this link only lets them report.
Nudges & compliance
The nudge is the feedback: a 7pm text means you didn’t mark off. Compliance = silence — anyone who marked off (including Blocked / No work today) is never messaged. Messages are dry-run (recorded to the outbox below, not sent — no SMS provider is wired yet).
